RETURN INFORMATION

Most merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase if it meets the terms provided on our website. Please DO NOT contact the manufacturer directly. All returns must be processed directly through our GovX office so our team can provide you with a return authorization number.

GovX will grant a full product refund provided:

	1. All items are returned in the original state in which they were received
	2. Clothing and shoes cannot be worn and all tags must be attached
	3. All items are returned in original packaging with original contents
	4. All items are shipped in an appropriately sized box with adequate protection to ensure the product is not damaged during transport
