II. Order Integrations
Integrating orders removes manual processing to manage the fulfillment process. Orders are automatically transmitted to the partner and confirmation of shipment is returned back to GOVX to facilitate a seamless fulfillment process.
GOVX currently supports the following order integration methods:
- EDI (SPS Commerce)
- EDI (Direct)
- ShipStation
- CSV (via FTP)
- CSV (via Email)
SPS Commerce
GOVX is integrated with SPS Commerce for order integration. SPS Commerce provides order management for online purchases. SPS Commerce accepts submission of order information and sends the order electronically to the partner or delivers it to their web portal for download.

The GOVX integrations manager will provide you your credentials and connection settings.
